- Home Inspector Training Course

I n compliance with New York state law, students will participate in
a comprehensive 100 hour classroom training program.
Daily testing, reviews, and a final exam are part of the training.
- Home Inspections

A Professional Certified Home Inspector will conduct a thorough
investigation of a property, and provide a comprehensive report outlining
their findings
- Commercial Building Inspections

A Professional Certified Commercial Inspector will conduct a
thorough investigation of a Commercial Property, and provide a comprehensive
report outlining their findings
- Radon Testing
-
We are ELAP certified to perform radon testing. A member of our Professional staff
could conduct a Radon Test at
your home and report the findings to you in a timely fashion.
Two members of our staff have "Radon Measurement
Specialist" designation presented by NRSB; the highest designation available
for radon testers..
